Serving Instructions

Eat immediately or store in an airtight container.


Nuke it in the oven for 30 seconds and serve with cream or ice cream


The chocolate and butter is melted in a double boiler and mixed to emulsify while the eggs and sugar are creamed and whipped to a light fluffy consistency. Both of the mixes are then carefully folded together along with the flour and cocoa powder and baked low and slow until it comes together.
