Nutella Brownies

Store the brownie in the fridge or freezer and enjoy a piece cold with some warm milk or hot chocolate!


The chocolate, Nutella and butter is melted in a double boiler and mixed to emulsify, then the sugar is added and mixed in until it incorporates into the mix. Eggs are then whisked into the mixture one by one until the filling starts to come together. A sheet of Nutella is frozen solid and the batter sandwiches it in a well-greased baking tray. It is cooked through until the brownie comes together and left out to cool for a couple of hours and in the fridge overnight.
